Heating instructions for your 500g Pork Fillet:

Defrost thoroughly before use.

  • Remove the cardboard sleeve. DO NOT PIERCE FILM. Place on a microwavable plate in the center of the microwave, at least 1cm away from the sides of the door.
  • After defrosting microwave on 100% power for 2 minutes 30 seconds, alternatively from frozen microwave on 100% power for 4 minutes 30 seconds. The film will rise creating a steam environment and the film may pop, all of which is normal.
  • Use caution when peeling back the film as steam will escape.
  • Check that food is hot throughout, if not, heat for a further brief period.

As microwaves ovens may vary, these timings are a guide only and are based on an 850-1100-watt oven.
