What would cheesecake be without cream cheese? Cream cheese is made from cream or a combination of cream and milk. It becomes slightly acidic from the addition of lactic acid bacteria. It’s high in fat and a good source of vitamin A and riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Wild berries add the yummy flavour required for any cheesecake to be successful. Berries are also high in antioxidants like anthocyanins, which may protect your cells from free radical damage. They also contain fibre, which increases feelings of fullness, as well as reduces appetite and the number of calories your body absorbs from mixed meals.
